I previously speculated that GSK's announcements may point to rapidly increasing demand. This confirms my views in that GSK would not be spending large sums of money to ramp production unless there was demand.

160m doses per annum represents a massive royalty to Biota, around $250m is possible. Not sure what the BTA price would do if they announce firm production of 160m, but the statement still says 60m... so demand is there.

It's going to take public announcements of production and/or government orders for the market to price in the upside. And after all this we have LANI to look forward to. Very exciting times ahead, I just hope that we get some good news for HRV/RSV/... that would really be the "perfect storm".
