    re: vaccine is not an antiviral note, the vaccine is only against the current strain of H5N1, requires 2 doses, and pandemic influenza may be a completely different virus, such as a H9 virus. We need multiple layers of defence, vaccines AND antivirals. No changes to stockpile orders just because of this.
