By reference to phase II are they referring to phase II clinical trials or phase II of a 'strategy'?

If it is phase II clinical trials, then I wouldn't expect this to take too long,
Can be relatively small numbers and if as mentioned to do with sensitive teeth, then recruitment should be easy.
Particularly smart if phase II is being done oversees, as much more difficult to complete them here.

Further more, if the product is OTC, approval will be a breeze, and the trials will be done for 'clinical claim' reasons, which GSK would probably IMO, know if it works or not already.
