I took up the SPP as I have done before. I agree that GSL needs the money to get more funding so for me it is a good reason to buy. If they don't get the funds GSL will definitely be cheaper to buy on market but may not be as good a value than paying for the SPP and helping them get the grant.
I believe in the technology and its value to the environment so I decided to back it with my hip pocket. Luckily I have long arms because I did not realise GSL required such a deep pocket; needles to say I am solidly in.
It has been a slow race to get it out there but I am still cheering....go you good thing
