While I am also very upbeat about GSL's prospects for the next 12 months, I take analyst notes with boulder-sized grains of salt. But it's nice to see GSL getting attention. I haven't heard of PAC Partners before but I'm a tyro at this game. I see AFR describes them as a 'boutique broker'. What do you think of them Cordial? Track record?

Anyway, I couldn't help but notice this in the note's 'key points':

First time I've seen this claim. Has anyone else seen it before? Seems very specific about forecast EBITDA and I havn't heard talk about 20MW solar facilities before. Has anyone else seen this sort of stuff in company documents as opposed to analyst notes?
