    why corporate tick the self lowering of stock price and release share to some and retail be ignored...
    So some get many as 5 cents and the rest to pay what market price?
    Is that a good corporate policy????
    Van did as mainly 6 cents, lodestar did at 1.1 cents hm as they not good examples....
    So what good of releasing stock at 5 cents and ignoring same release price of any to retail?...Why oh why?
