Totally agree. I find it incredible that this GSO deal can be sealed without the approval of shareholders. And it's the shareholders that are going to get it in the bottom from these feeders. I got out after AG got out but I held the stock for over 15 years. I am so angry that a company should be brought to its knees by the incompetence of its board.
