The shareholders that BUY into the shares issued will be FINE as long as they TAKE all shares

HOWEVER ...... if one HOLDS say 1 mil and its 5 to 1 at .05 c

THAT is 5 million shares at 5 c = $250,000

If 7 to 1 7 million ............. 3 c =$ 210,000 and so on at whatever RATE its DONE

MY question ........ Where are the shareholders going to GET that sort of Money ?????????
