h0rc0 I also voted for resolutions 1, 2 & 3 and against 4,5,6 and 7.

I will vote against every resolution the board asks for at this next GM sometime in September thats for sure.

I will have viewed and taken pictures of the details of at least the top 100 holders. Those holders will get an email or letter or phone call from me asking them to vote no against all proposals for dilutive placement capital raises.

I will let our shareholders know that I will propose a resolution to cease capital raises by placement and to temporarily stop phase 2 exploration at Burbanks and use those funds to recommence mining operations. I believe Burbanks North holds the key to financing the continuation of phase 2 at Burbanks and phase 3 greenfields exploration.

I will need the correct advice though to get through the legal requirements contained in the corporations act.
