Not my area of expertise NynTfyV, but my guess is NO it can't be reversed once approved.

Prior to next GM we need to prepare a 1/2-1 page writeup of GSR's activities+cost/resulting resource upgrades/share price history... versus.... GSR Mgt Team salaries and performance rights. This should paint a picture of the value we aren't getting, value that doesn't justify the salaries/performance rights they are giving themselves, and we'll need to get that information under the nose of shareholders before our next GM.

This will take a lot of time and effort, and getting it under the noses of [non-HC] shareholders wont be easy.
