The board can only raise up to 15% of shares on issue since we stop the 10% additional capacity resolution at the AGM.
So they can issue 210,000,000 approx that about 15% of shares at the moment. The share price would be discounted to about half a cent raising say
210,000,000 times 0.005 = $1,050,000 not enough to do much at all.
And you know who would get the full 15% placement (FMR).
The last update we had is the board intends to mine and not dilute.
