GSR General/Daily Discussion, page-58

I reproduced part of this Quarterly Activities Report for December 2020
and it shows the approx ore grade at 3g/t Au. I have also post part of the Quarterly Report for December 21 and in that it says "processed grades through the mill were in line with expectations"

Does anybody know if these grades are talking about the same thing? Is the approx grade at 3 g/t mined and going through the mill approx the same?

I hope I made my question understood.
