In a discussion I had with the CEO back in September he said they would be investigating the plant (words to that effect).
My thinking is buy the bloody thing if it is OK and refurbish it for 200ktpa. So the cost of the plant is PLANT COST plus $4.4 million (plus or minus10%) lets say $7 million total because it is in need of refurbishment.
I say make the deal with the first part of the money from Burbanks North or Philips Find and break the FMR shackles.
