I am a long-time holder, so far in the red that selling is not even a consideration.
I have been trying to get my head around the manipulation that is rife across the whole ASX platform from what I have witnessed and I now clearly comprehend this is allowed - it's not illegal.
But doesn't that behaviour contravene, or severely conflict with section 1041A of the Corporations Act, as you quoted?
