All Biotecs and Companies involved in the medical industry that are not cash flow positive and paying dividends are volatile that’s very common . There really was not any logical reason as to why GSS jumped to $1.40 a few weeks ago . Unfortunately
because GSS trades so few shares it can easily play into the hands of anyone with enough cash to manipulate is SP . I have suspected this on more that one occasion and the last couple of weeks only strengthens my thoughts about this . GSS is a great company , great unique products , financially secure and on the verge of becoming cash flow positive with still a very tidy bank balance . The majority of the shares are held by a small amount of investors , retail investors only account for around 20 to 30 % and most of them are long term investors like me who see a big future for the company . I would read very little into the trade of 107,000 shares sold by a director , what ever his reason he still holds 2/3 of what he initially had and also would have the luxury to pick up options on the way . Sure the SP fell but I can’t see why it got to $1.40 in the first place ,I would suggest to you some traders have made a very large amount on GSS over the last few weeks . Don’t worry a few more announcements it will be back over $1.40 anyway . If you don’t understand the volatility in this industry I suggest it’s the wrong sort of investment for you , Just look at the volitility in Cochlears (COH) SP and their a market leader and multi billion dollar company
