Kevvie is like Pres Ford,he cannot walk and chew gum,by his own admission he can only do one thing at a time.That being the case his taking 2 years to fail with ETS will be dwarfed by his 4 years to fail with the health adjustments.Actually he doesn't fail as he plans for these outcomes.I would like to see the detail of his health plan.Which bureaucrats go and who stays.What will stop the inevitable concentration on money to Sydney and Melbourne and the drain of staff to the cities etc etc.The money should go through the states to regional boards as in the distant past,and be lost to that state if they use it elsewhere.After Whitless and Gloss destroyed a better system years ago,bureaucracy bloomed.One hospital was run by a matron and secretary until the changes,then by a matron and 6 offsiders with cars.They turned 2 wards into offices and spent the mornings in meetings deciding what they were going to discuss in the afternoon.This is Lab progress and always will be.
