    just built a new house cost an extra 45G FOR THE GST FACTOR THE BEST THING ABOUT IT IS THAT THE GOVERNMENT COLLECTED THE TAX AND NOW IM PAYING INTERST ON THE GST FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS from my net income
