Is GST paid on a commerical property refunded in the following case?
The purchaser is a company registered for GST
The commerical property for sale is vacant. The vendor is registered for GST
The purpose of use of the property is run a home business /start up company from it..ie not rent it out.
anybody know the GST rules?
