The company Dick Smith that owned the retail outlets and that was listed on the ASX went bankrupt 2 years ago.
Dick Smith the person had nothing to do with Dick Smith the corporation because he sold it to Woolies decades ago.
By the way Dick sold Dick Smith Foods a few years ago also.
