Seeing a title from Lawyerly that "GetSwift class action trial vacated as judge asked to recuse himself."
Apparently the application that he recuse himself and any appeal would eat into the CA date. As a result, the Class Action data is now TBD...Have to assume the courts are pretty backed up. Are we looking at a late 2021 trial now? Maybe longer?
Wonder if the litigation funder will force a settlement....
