I'd just like to clarify my point about GSW's 'lean structure'. Upon reviewing the structure of the current business, it is actually quite top heavy with 10 out 25 staff being upper management/board/c-suite.
However, it looks like new hires are focusing on implementers i.e. coders/graphics/client-facing technical project managers. In other words, they have initially focused on direction and sales and now are moving to integration/R&D/aesthetics of the software.
They are becoming leaner you could say.
