At no stage are investors left with knowledge in regards to which enterprise customers are using the technology. All you hear is "verticals" "60+ countries etc". I doubt many enterprise customers are using the tech, based on the sub-par operating revenue . So why could this be?

Perhaps the technology cannot meet the demands on enterprise needs? --
Perhaps enterprise customers do not want to be associated with a company undergoing so many issues?
Perhaps GetSwift signs customers but cannot execute & has a high churn rate?

As you said, it is a falling knife. Sadly, I do not see it (meaningfully) raising anytime soon. The question to keep in mind, if GSW did not have such significant reserves, what would the share price be? Would you even consider the stock?

Well, you can also phrase this a different way

On a very high level, GSW has:
-More than A$85M in cash
-Technology that could be proven top-shelf (my client calls suggest it is)
-Revenue that would be representative of a startup

You also have a few other items
-One institutional investor has reduced, I've definitely absorbed some of it
-1 class action, 2 stayed
-ASIC pursuing penalties (likely 1m per person and max 10m per Company)
-Leadership and management that has brought in an active and highly respected Chairman, a world class CTO (In addition to two other IBM execs), and several sales people from competitors.

Seems like there are too many people on this chat that base their opinions on what 'was' vs what is shaping up 'to be.' Tall poppy syndrome at its finest. What I do know is that there has been very significant download activity out of a major server hub for the last several months. This activity was concurrent with the 750k milestone and leaves me excited for this upcoming quarter. Again, nobody is denying that this company made mistakes but there is very clear evidence that they are turning the ship. Time will tell.
