Pretty much in the same boat as you. Must admit that sitting here watching GSW and eating popcorn is a guilty pleasure. However, I wish people would have a bit more respect for everyone involved rather than assuming near-criminal-conspiracies all the time whether it's accusations of fraud against the founders or acting like AFR somehow gets all their news from shorters.

I think these guys are out of their depth but it wouldn't be the first time that a tech startup pulls together something good out of a crappy v1.0 - I just wish I understood just what exactly their product *is*. There's a lot of stuff about 'last mile optimization' but I confess not really understanding what they do beyond simple glue code to hook up customers, dispatchers and drivers. How deep is the optimization? Does it depend on someone else's maps product? If so, whose?
