I agree DP, GSW need to report on the basis of actual % take-up over time periods as against total deliveries undertaken by the partner for the same period of time. I imagine that is exactly what PwC will be doing going forward or alternatively, redrafting / renegotiating contracts to contain a minimum usage / payment provision so GSW can adequately report its progress to the market with a certainty that will allow investors to make an informed decision about investing or trading in GSW.

Otherwise, disclosure of an agreement the basis of which there is no compulsion on a partner or minimum payment under the contract (as historically disclosed) is as good to the market as having not entered an agreement as all.
