that's disheartening for a company who professes to offer analytics to clients! amazing how they can provide analytics services to clients who can't provide data on deliveries, which would be business critical to the companies they are giving the help to. The announcement included quote from the NAW Chairman and CEO, so not doubting honest intent, just has strange angles to it once you think critically about the claim in relation to what they say they actually already do
