    The $138 m will flow from NAW's customer base, through a white labelled on-seller arrangement IMO.

    NAW are basically salesmen and market consultants to the autocare industry in America (the businesses they represent are available on their website - including AutoZone). NAW represent the majority of the autocare industry in America - the sales and marketing functions of most of the autocare industry is outsourced to NAW.
    I believe that is why GSW has targeted the industry through NAW, NAW are a "trusted partner and advisor" (per website) to this industry and have been for over 80 years.
