that all sounds extremely reasonable, the jump that's hard to make is the sub components of the system required to achieve outcomes you have listed should not be hard to bring together, so why wouldn't say amazons billions (reports suggest $16B per annum) in R&D come up with a solution?
-can already track a phone remotely, even us individuals can do that (and uber tracks their drivers, so no different to a delivery guy with a phone that's switched on)
-can google map an optimised multi stop journey (again, doesn't uber already optimise multi pick ups and uber eats sometimes does multi drop offs)
-the unit held by the driver to get signing on delivery could easily geolocate the signing event
which bit is the bit that can't be solved by a team of programmers?
