    Have you read reviews of amazon flex or seen the youtube review of a flex driver posted to hc a few weeks ago?

    The flex algorithm is so poor, drivers can complete what the routing says will be a three hour run in an hour and a half.

    Amazon knows this. Clearly $ invested in r & d has not lead to a best in market solution for amazon
