Good to finish a Saturday night with some form of agreement. I'm sure if he had his time again he'd not advertise all this "wealth" and be more humble (read secret) about it, especially as a lot of it was so speculative and in escrow. I have no doubt this caused a lot of the hatred and jealousy towards him and he probably regrets that now.
