I believe you are getting confused with what Getswift does and who its real competitors are, UPS Fedex and DHL are not direct competitors to get swift in fact they could be potential customers(integration of getswift to there system) as they could benefit from the route optimisation getswift is working on in its algorithim. a comapny like Bringg is a direct competitor who for the record is much more expensive.
