If not management, at least they have hired a new company secretary who is a commerical and corporate lawyer and will be able to actually handle ASX compliance. In addition, you'll note their new address is c/- CFO Solution who will more than likely handle the financial side of things.

In my view, they are getting their act together. Whether or not Hunter will give up his Chairmanship is another question, but if their biggest shareholder is suggesting a non-executive chairman, I expect they'll take heed.
