more likely scenario is BOA have securithy over the stock, my guess is it is the person who lent GK $6m. Also, unless a deal is imminent? I think cap raise should come now, from market competition perspective PBT cant afford to be out of the water any longer. this is the only was the SP is going to start heading north.
