If this went to court because of dispute over licencing or whatever which I understand Mr Strange wants/needs /deserves to see the obligations from CKKs side fulfilled, but is the stock going to be tied up potentially for months in court.

My impression of the court process is its slow and expensive.

I doubt the old board will go without a fight, could this drag out for months and can they be sacked whilst mid dispute? If thats the way its going to go...
