Thanks for that Bones, please everyone else kick in, the more opinions the merrier. Happily I have never been here before, no divorces, or speeding disputes either so a courtroom novice.

Looking forward to seeing this resolved, but I guess it will take as long as it takes...

In the meantime, its summer, there is near full employment and i cant think of anywhere else in the world I would rather be living.
Think i just have to forget about this one for a while and just wait and see how it plays out...
