    Hi

    The liklihood of the current crop of incumbents resigning en masse is negligible; the liklihood of self-preservation kicking in and they mount a legal defence, backed up with shareholder funds, of whatever they are being charged with is quite high.

    I think an EGM being called at the very earliest is the most expedient route current shareholders can and should take.
