I've just moved over to Bell Direct.
Put some of my cash in the wrong account over the hols and Comnsec sold some of my shares - to their credit they emailed me and left messages on my home phone - but it still give me an excuse to fill out the paper work and move to bell direct
of course there was a penaly pament + $108 worth of brokerage + my bank charged me $80 for making the mistake - shit happens
