re: tox negative press The reason other than to ramp up production at the Port Hedland facility is to make it also more enviromentally friendly with the forth coming upgrades.

I don't know the industry to well but I think your right chris in saying they would have a level of government protection-putting it quite simply the toxic material has to be processed and storing it just opens up more problems.
