I suspect he would like some important aspects about TOX - particularly their competitive advantages ie effective monopoly in WA at present in an industry with prohibitive entry challenges. Basically means TOX owns whats their and they'll be a long way ahead by the time anyone else gets their act together over there!

Todays trading - to me it was an inevitability from the charts. Has a had a nice strong move and probably technically overbought. So it's regrouping, why are people worried. If it was a good buy at 10,11,12 going up what's changed in 2 days? The answer - nothing perhaps but a few stale bulls taking profits.
