now what, you are correct, the earlier reports I saw weren't clear enough. I still think the rescue interrupted a planned handover, whether or not it was going to be in exchange for some payoff we may never know. One thing is certain, the scenario as being reported is exactly the one all politicians wanted. The Woods brothers were being very careful to defer the question of release or rescue back to the government.
