Seriously, you ADV clowns are not adding anything to the GT1 forum. Even worse, you are misleading investors, here’s why.
GT1 land holding in the 100% GT1 owned areas is now almost 3 times larger than the, soon to be, 80% GT1 owned areas that are shared with 20% ADV. GT1 is now not your grandads GT1.
Why do think the price of ADV is falling, people know it’s not worth anything like 20% of the value of GT1. To say that it is, well it can’t really be any more misleading.
Yes ADV own shares in GT1 as well, but on a straight land holding basis, they have 5% of the new total. And if you think the new land acquisition by GT1 isn’t worth as much, that’s a possibility. But the recent land rush and purchases by Musk Minerals would suggest otherwise.
Should I promote these facts on the ADV forum? Begone fowl ADV beasts.
