Geothermal is going to play a significant role in the worlds energy future. In Australia the states have been talking up a carbon trading policy which they beleive they can implement by 2010.
To get an idea of the potential upside you have to go no further than uranium stocks that have huge market caps and at this point only about 3 of them are allowed to mine in Australia.
Public perception of nuclear power is very negative, lets face it who wants a nuclear reactor in their backyard. Add to that the problems facing disposing of radioactive waste, long lead times, difficulty obtaining permits, enourmous initial costs and you can see why a few 8.5 inch holes in the ground flowing steam or hot water is going to be strongly endorsed and backed by the public and in turn by government. Governments worldwide are throwing their weight and money behind geothermal which as yet only accounts for a tiny amount of the worlds power generation.

GRK is massively undervalued in context of the changing perceptions in the energy industry and relative to its peers
    Cheers .
