Interesting. Did you know most traders actually loose money? If you are a trader you are directly competing against large trading houses with quant people with PHD's in Advanced Quantitative Analysis in Equity Markets with million dollar Super Computers. Hard to get an edge there long term.
Best way to get the edge is to be a investor not trader. Have some patience and adopt a long term outlook.
Get rich quick mentality will get your balls chopped off quick quick.
