Sorry to hear this (I did see your posts on GL1 as well).
Too late for you to get out now, you'll just have to hang in there.
Things will get better, that's a fact. When? That's the unknown.
In the meantime you need to get away from the screen as you are
going to do your mental health in.
Here is a silly, but I have helpful, trick in those situations: buy a lottery ticket
for next month draw. Forget about the lithium shares and go fishing ... with the
comforting thought that you might be a millionaire next month.
