Should be good news. Over time LAC shareholders will split into those interested in Brine and Clay/hard rock. Its obviously the clay side that owns shares in GT1. These clay side shareholders are likely to be more supportive of additional investments into GT1 to assist raising all the capital that will be required for a concentrator plant and Hydroxide coversion. It also means the valuation difference reduces making equal partners on a venture a better meeting of equals.
