I've been reading about the MOU between Metso and Avalon to build the plant in Thunder Bay. Am I wrong for thinking this has some kind of bearing on GT1 plans for the refinery there also? but I think I also read recently that Thunder Bay could be home to multiple processing plants and refineries.
