There is no denying the current SP is frustrating and somewhat bemusing, especially as I am quite content with their performance to date. I still think the current SP offers one of the most attractive risk/reward plays on the ASX atm.

Now I'm not usually one to quickly adopt the narrative that the SP is being suppressed or their are some dark forces at work but the evidence is quite clear they are being targeted. The short interest in GT1 is quite staggering compared to their peers.

Pure speculation on my part but personally I do not believe the majority are just your every day traders. Makes little sense to continously & so aggressively target such a small player, especially when there are plenty of other shorts that are more appealing. It's a bigger fish at play is my belief.

2.2M shares shorting a $139M market cap stock? This will not continue forvever & fully expect a bounce when closed.
