GL1 has purchased 20% manna(circa 10mT deposit) for $60m AUD
Valuation of manna is circa $60mx5 = $300m. Market has oversubscribed for the GL1 placement at this valuation.
GT1 market cap is approx $250m fully diluted including options. GT1 owns 100% of its deposits, as of this week's deal with ADV. Seymour now 100% owned, has a JORC of 9.9mT inferred, similar to Manna's inferred size(obviously manna will increase further) but GT1 has other deposits e.g. Root with 67m thick historical intercepts @1% li and will be JorC by 2Q 2023.
overall GT1 appears to be discounted atleast 30% accounting for Root.
