also i understand that applera's legal expenses were in the order of $20 mio also i undersatnd that all documentation in the dispute is locked down and no one can use any of the documentation to launch anoter legal suit so anyone who wants to try and start again has to start from scatch so no one in there right mind will do this.GTG from my sources are satisfied with the settlementand now expect some rapid new substantial license fees to come in from other companies in the near future. hang in there the future is looking very rosy.
