I'm presuming that the GTP Hartley report that you are referring to was the one headed "FY02 NPAT disappointing".
It was also stated in the report's summary that the slippage in GTP's FY02 NPAT expectations means any catalyst for a short to medium term market re-rating of the stock (and indeed the sector) was unlikely.
It would appear that the market also holds the same sentiment at the moment.
No doubt GTP can rise substantially sometime in the future but for the moment it is going nowhere or down.
The trend is your friend & don't average down & blah blah blah.........you know the rest. (I hope)
