Forgot to mention in that last post that there will probably be some profit surprises this time around - one major reason being that most plantation companies found they had purchased too much land last year. Those who survived should have reduced planting costs this time around. Recent rule changes have helped take much of the guess work out of land and seed purchases for the future.
